At present, we do not have the facilities to offer a mail order service. Catalogue requests and orders can only be accepted if you are within our delivery area. We endeavour to answer the phone in person as much as possible, but inevitably there are times when we are serving customers and can't get to the phone! When this is the case, then please leave a message on our answering machine. We know that people don't like answering machines, but hey, if you can cope with the internet, then you shouldn't have a problem with answering machines!
Unlike most other businesses, we do check our email daily, and reply promptly! If you don't get an acknowledgement within 24 hours, it probably hasn't got to us!
